How it works

  1. Log in to Maybank2u

    Use the Maybank2u app or web banking with your usual login credentials.

  2. Go to 'Pay' then 'Bills'

    From the main menu, select 'Pay' and then 'Bills'.

  3. Select 'Insurance & Takaful'

    Choose the Insurance & Takaful category from the list of biller categories.

  4. Choose HOI Services Sdn Bhd

    Find and select HOI Services Sdn Bhd from the list of registered billers.

  5. Enter amount and reference

    Enter the payment amount and your HOI reference number or vehicle registration number.

  6. Confirm with TAC

    Request your TAC and confirm. Payment is processed immediately.
