How it works

  1. Log in to your online banking

    Use the internet or mobile banking app of any JomPAY-enabled bank.

  2. Go to 'Pay Bills' then 'JomPAY'

    Find the bill payment section and select JomPAY.

  3. Select 'One-off payment'

    Choose the one-off (single) payment option rather than a recurring payment.

  4. Enter Biller Code 11999

    Enter Biller Code 11999, your order reference number (Ref-1), and optionally your vehicle registration number (Ref-2).

  5. Confirm with TAC

    Authorize the payment with the TAC sent by your bank.

  6. Notify HOI

    Let HOI's team know payment has been made. This speeds up verification and policy issuance.

It depends on your bank: some let you settle JomPAY payments using a credit card linked to your online banking, while others only allow payment from a savings or current account. Check your bank's JomPAY screen for available funding sources, or use HOI's Credit/Debit Card option directly if you'd rather pay by card.

Most JomPAY payments to HOI are confirmed within the same working day. To speed things up, send HOI's team your payment receipt once the transaction is done, and we'll verify and issue your policy as soon as the funds are confirmed.
