Paying HOI
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways used by major Malaysian banks and merchants. HOI never stores your full card details. Every transaction is verified by your bank via 3D Secure or a TAC code before it's confirmed.
Yes. The moment your payment clears, your insurance or takaful policy is issued and a confirmation is sent to your email, including a screenshot of your updated road tax status in MyJPJ where applicable.
If a payment fails, no policy is issued and you can simply try again with the same or a different method. For methods that take longer to verify (like JomPAY), our team manually checks and confirms once the funds arrive, usually within the same working day.
Yes. If one method doesn't work for you, go back to the payment step and choose another option. Your renewal details are saved, so you won't need to start over.
