FPX (Financial Process Exchange) connects HOI directly to your bank's online banking. Choose FPX at checkout, log in to your bank as usual, and confirm. No card to enter, no extra registration, and your policy is issued the moment your bank approves the payment.

How it works

  1. Complete your renewal details

    Enter your vehicle plate number or IC with HOI as usual and get your instant insurance, takaful and road tax quote.

  2. Select 'FPX Online Banking' at checkout

    Choose FPX as your payment method on the payment page.

  3. Choose your bank

    Pick your bank from the list of FPX participating banks.

  4. Log in and confirm

    You'll be redirected to your bank's online banking login. Enter your credentials and approve the payment as usual.

  5. Get instant confirmation

    Once your bank approves the payment, you're redirected back to HOI and your policy is issued immediately, with an email receipt sent right away.

FPX Online Banking with HOI

FPX (Financial Process Exchange) is Malaysia's national online banking payment gateway, operated by PayNet and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. It lets you pay HOI directly from your bank account by logging in to your usual online banking, no card required.

FPX works with most major Malaysian banks, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline, Bank Islam and Bank Rakyat. If your bank isn't listed at checkout, you can still pay with Credit/Debit Card or JomPAY.

Yes. FPX is operated by Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet) and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. You're redirected to your own bank's secure login page to approve the payment, so HOI never sees your online banking username or password.

If a payment fails or your banking session times out before you confirm, no money leaves your account and no policy is issued. Simply return to HOI and try again, or choose a different payment method.
