Account Executive

Job Description

Responsible for preparation for full set of accounts
Ensure timely & accurate preparation of monthly financial statement and report
Prepare payments for suppliers
Prepare journal entries and reconciliation of all monthly financial statements
Prepare fixed assets to register and monthly depreciation
Manage cash flow and ensure all banking matters are diligently and duly attended
Manage inter-company transactions
Perform any other job assignment as required by management

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least an LCCI higher or Diploma or Professional degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
Ability to undertake full set of accounts and cash flow projections
Must meet deadlines
Computer literate, possess good analytical skills and tactful wth experience in a computerised working environment
Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels
